NSA "MetaData"
Definition is
Creating A False Sense Of Privacy!
“After months of denial and
grassroots pressure, President Obama has finally acknowledged what
most Americans have long known: the NSA has overstepped its bounds,
to put it mildly, says Megan
Stiles
.
“However, most of President Obama’s
so-called ‘reforms’ will do nothing to protect American citizens’
constitutional rights. It does not matter who stores Americans’
metadata; its collection at all at government’s bequest without an
individual warrant is unconstitutional.
All policies pertaining to "Meta
Data" means nothing.... it is creating a Fraudulent and False
sense of Privacy!
The
Critical Question is....What does the "metadata" provide
to the NSA ?
The Term MetaData means phone records...like you receive on your phone bill right?
WRONG!

WRONG!
The Wiki definition of "Metadata" is data about data..
There are two fundamentally different types "Metadata".
There are two fundamentally different types "Metadata".
- Structural metadata is about the design and specification of data structures and is more properly called "data about the containers of data";
- descriptive metadata, on the other hand, is about software and application data
For Example:
Metadata files are traditionally found in the
card catalogs of libraries." The Dewey Decimal System employed
by libraries for the classification of library materials is an early
example of metadata usage.
(I ) Remember those 3x5 index cards that displayed a book's title, author, subject matter, and a brief plot
synopsis? The index cards have an abbreviated alpha-numeric identification
system which indicated the physical location of the book within the
library's shelves. Such data helped classify, aggregate, identify, and
locate a particular book in the libraries.
NOW...The Government wants you to believe they are only collecting "meta data"-- origin phone numbers, time of call, duration of call, and destination phone numbers. Really? The government is calling that "metadata"...BEEP.. WRONG AGAIN.
How can you legally go the FISA COURT with only phone number, duration, and location?
So....in fact the NSA is listening, recording, and storing all information!
The NSA is to sifting out "code words", buzz words, names.... and using the unmentionable... voice analysis and recognition program! (Hirotaka Nakasone if the FBI Senior Scientist, Voice Recognition Program.)
Therefore when they go to the FISA Court... they have already violated all American's privacy rights!

Ok...to Summarize....
All information that you and I produce is being intercepted by the NSA to be analyzed, monitored, stored, and updated. Every email, text, phone call, every website you visit, every financial transaction, every traffic cam, every atm cam, every retail store cam, all GPS phone records, all your movements tracked by your cellphone and automobiles. Compound those records that are being tracked with all those records your friends make! The NSA admits to tracking 3 hops... so all your friends' records and all their friends' records during their daily travels. See how many friends on your facebook account... then search all their friends and friends of friends....
WAKE UP AMERICA
The downside to you and I by gathering all this information is abuse, fraud, privacy invaded, and becoming an innocent person on a government's terrorist list. Listen to what Mr. Snowden says about the potential abuse of power.
The Chart below shows what the NSA is actually collecting about EVER ONE'S phone, Internet, text, pictures, and videos that are published on the Internet via electronic means.
Notice the NSA Spy System includes more information than what the Government officials are telling you about
the “Metadata: that is gathered. The Chart below compares the Dewey Decimal Systems meta data vs the new and improved NSA SPY System.

The recent failure of the courts to
strike down the NSA Metadata sweeps continues to let the Federal
Government waste resources and travel down the road to Tyranny.
I am completely on the Side of the ACLU on this case and have always been against the Patriot Act from the Beginning of time! I wholeheartedly agree with Jameel Jaffer statement.
I am completely on the Side of the ACLU on this case and have always been against the Patriot Act from the Beginning of time! I wholeheartedly agree with Jameel Jaffer statement.
“ ACLU deputy legal
director
Jameel
Jaffer
described the ruling as misguided. "We are extremely
disappointed with this decision, which misinterprets the relevant
statutes, understates the privacy implications of the government’s
surveillance and misapplied a narrow and outdated precedent to read
away core constitutional protections," Jaffer said in a prepared
statement. "We intend to appeal and look forward to making our
case in the Second Circuit."
