Smart Cops Need Not Apply

I usually don't agree with the Liberal Attitude of Michael Moore, the sleazy democratic propagandist.  However, I find myself agreeing with this report.


The rash of police shooting of un-armed men, black men would lead me to questioning the entire police and law enforcement training facilities. Maybe Declining IQ's Police is the answer.

I have watched the video several times and have failed, like the city council, to see why the police officer fired on a fleeing suspect.   The officer claims he was being dragged by the vehicle.... if so... that is entirely the officer's fault.  

An officer should never have his hand on a vehicle unless the motor is off and the car is in park.   Next, during a traffic stop, take the name and run the check, no need for the guy to exit the vehicle.

It looked like it was an accident, the driver was new to the car, ie. no front plate, and it was register to someone else, which the officer knew b4 he approached the car.  Second, notice the driver trying to un-buckle his seat belt, maybe his foot slipped of the brake.... and he never put the car in park.   Again, police academy training.... vehicle off,  in park, this would have never happened.   I bet the City of Cincinnati wished they have hired better trained officers.   Everyone who has attended that police academy should re-evaluated for proper procedure.
